★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience of passport renewal Dec 2019 was smooth and fast. Very effective time management on behalf of Deepanshu Arora who kept us posted with timescales etc as we had a trip to Hong Kong planned and everything went well and the passport turned up on time.
Second experience was Uk 5 year multiple entry visas for my parents and the paperwork was quiet tedious but what helped was clear guidelines of the paperwork required. Day 1, Deepanshu sent us 3 different comprehensive documents to complete and it took us apprx 2 weeks to get everything ready for the application. Deepanshu was extremely prompt courteous and very clear in his responses as we had plenty of questions etc. With my aging parents he willingly offered extra assistance and held thier hands through thier paperwork being in the same city as them while still offering full assistance to us remotely. The best experience of such a tedious procedure made simpler with Deepanshu being very methodical, disciplined and communicating clearly. I have further recommended Deepanshu to several friends and family across Delhi as I honestly believe the commitment shown and time given to every client makes for a unique experience and a lot of happy customers.
