★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a community centre meant for both official and private functions, ceremonies and events. It is conveniently located ahead of the Entrance Gate No. 2. It has a big banquet hall and covered portion outside for catering and cooking by caterers. There is an adjacent small lawn which is covered by shamians during functions. There is a dedicated vehicle parking at the backside. The booking is done through RWA office by filling application form and paying requisite amount as laid down from time to time. Overall, it's anwar and clean place to hold functions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated inside one of the largest AWHO townships I've seen so far. Good place for hosting functions and parties has a good amount of space as it is double storied, fully AC and also an open lawn is available. Easy access from Gate no 2, catering facility available as well.
