★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional staff had trusted a referal owing to the fact that they will do their job without any hickups, had to follow up before every function, photographs clicked were pathetic, for eg - haldi functon venue was at pool side still not a single pool photo clicked and the excuse given- wide angle was not available. Main wedding photographs dont have backdrop "basic photograph accumen".
The team had dinner and dint show up for phera ceremony, dont have single photo.
Even after arranging stay for the team they were constantly calling up with the bride till 3 AM complaining about the hotel.
Unprofessionalism doesnt end here, we had to travel from Bangalore to their shop to collect the photograps where they completely harrased us and the son of the owner shouted and tried to intimidate us that it was his area and we cannot do anything.
For them it is all about money they have been doing this business for 33 years and yet even after admiting to their mistake they were adamant for 100% money for us it was not about money but emotions of the wedding we paid them in full still.
Have only 1 suggestion - Please be carefull.

Wedding album made by them is super cool and their idea of providing miniature album was very good .

I was very satisfied by the services offered by Sunil and his team. Be it while giving a detailed explanation of his services during the time of booking or on the day of the event.
During booking Sunil provided a detailed explanation of his services and also a rough plan for the event. He provided the budget breakup which was pretty clear and detailed.
On the event, the team was there on time and was extremely professional. Infact Sunil himself paid a visit before the event, to ensure that all was in place. His team is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job with the photos and videos. Also, they were not very intrusive and knew exactly when to step in and take the snaps.
For the engagement ceremony, Sunil gave me all the snaps and also the video teaser and a short reel.
I was very impressed with the quality of work done and I'm now looking forward to my remaining events. I'm sure Sunil will continue with the good job ?
