The communication at the start of booking was not clear and it cost us double the charge. For everyone who are reading from review, lessons learnt , if you are booking 24 h cab, it will not include exact 24 h. I booked it from 9 am of one day to 9am next day. At the time of billing it was mentioned that since it has 12 am therefore next day has started, therefore you have to pay full day amount for 9 h used and you will not be charged for 24 h slab. Please clarify and clear discussion before booking as these guys can spin story to their favour and one feel completely cheated.
