★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guru Nanak Blood Bank is best place to buy and donate blood. They charge less from you when you need blood. Also the didn't pressurize you to donate blood to buy one. Staff is very good and caring also. I recommend everyone to donate and buy blood here if you want

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are going for ultrasound at 9:25am .after receipt from the counter I moved to room no.5 I.e.ultrasound room under dr.balreet kaur mahal.
She was not there and it's almost 10:00am.
According to their duty hours it's from morning 9 am to 2 pm and she was not on time except us other patients also suffered a lot but she didn't came on time.this is what they thought went in charitable hospital.
Because of their non-punctual behaviour patients are rude and try to avoid to go to government or charitable hospital.
Management need to decide how to intervene in this matter as before me others also complaint the same issue..if hospital is going to pay them full salary for their timming then they need to dedicate their proper time at hospital.
Such a unprofessional atmosphere.

If you value your life, stay away from this hospital. I wish i could share more but all i can do is say humanity might be alive everywhere else but its dead in this hospital.

If this is charitable hospital then how can hospital take charge new card fee 200 in the name of emergency card.?????
Rather then normal card fees is 50/- ..is this right way to treat. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guru Nanak charitable hospital ldh very very bad service. All reception ists person male female are not cooperative, very rude behaviour. A sikh Receptionist is very rude person and all receptionists
They are suggesting to take emergency cards of 200 rupes
They are serving one patient in 1 hour because they want that everyone should take 200 rupees emegency card.
Skin specialist madam doctor Era Sharma is very worst and slow service. She checks two patients in 2 hours. Very lazy and slow doctor .she doesn't value the time and pain of patients
Very very bad and slow service
This is my personal experience
Every patient was harass at that time
Era Sharma is has lunch time , tea time sometimes emergency
We sat there 3 hours and we didn't get our number and they didn't refund our card
So this is my personal suggestion please don't go there it is waste of time and money

I believe hospital staff needs to work on cleanliness, because corridors were only visibly clean, but actually dust particles were accumulating on floors. Staff needs to mop floor every 2 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend it. They treat customers very harshly. Moreover, they charge very high and sell duplicate medicines. I purchased skinjoy- gl fizz worth rs. 890/- and there was no medicine in it. The box was stuffed with heavy cotton and water to maintain the weight (box was sealed). Well, It's not the first time. Previously, i purchased a bottle of shampoo and it wasn't the one i needed. So i tried to return it back within few minutes, they took the shampoo and receipt but didn't returned my money back. Nearby after 15-16 minutes of handing over the receipt they gave my money back in which they deducted rs.100/- saying it's the discount. Shouldn't the discount applied when i went there to purchase it? This pharmacy is a scam. And fool people with high prices.
