★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gym in salt lake City. Great ambience and environment. Trainers are highly qualified and professional and also very friendly. Special thanks to Subha and Soumen . Monthly charge is very less compare to other gyms. Great place for workout. Highly recommend. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible gym. Female trainers are very lazy. I don't know which century they live in there's a different room for male and female and the female room doesn't even have a proper bench for bench press and other equipments and you aren't allowed to access those in the males' room. It's basically a gossip arena where not only members but also trainers are busy gossiping. No one's really interested about fitness and health. You will never get motivated here, all everyone talk about is what dress they are wearing, from where they have bought it, where they're going for holidays etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly...this is my first time rating something...but I gotta say...this is the worst place on earth. There used to be a sign above the treadmills saying no running, trainers seldom know how to work the gym equipments, the worst of all you supposedly have to "stay home" durring your periods but they charge you for the whole month. The entry forms were so sexist! I had to choose a gardian and my options were my dad/husband. Goodness lord we are inching towards progress. Its a waste of your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the cheapest gym in Saltlake.This is a gender neutral gym.Trainers are very good and helpful. Monthly fees is around Rs. 750 which is very reasonable for common people in Saltlake. This gym has all the equipments which one will needed for their fitness. Even they provide free diet chart on basis of your regular food intake & medicines. It is a 24/6 gym.Only sunday closed. It's both AC and Non AC. For ladies it has a separate room for doing yoga & exercise and separate washroom. This gym is very clean and most important they do sanitization everyday. It opens around 6 in the morning and closes at 10 pm. Right now there is no female trainer but both the male trainers are very good. Behavior of all the staffs is also very good. If you are looking for a gym at reasonable rate, then you should definitely go for it. Also it's not very congested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somewhat gud place, it seems machines are broken a bit hence hard to use for workout & also crowded at times so u cant Plan your routine properly.
The Trainer Soumen is a chill guy who helps around if anybody needs some help or guidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to workout who are searching some budget friendly gym...they have monthly subscription.very affordable place.trainers are available all the time.there is ladies special timing from 11am. To 2pm. I found it very comfortable.sufficient equipment. Near GD island salt lake.next to HDFC bank.
