★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After coming to Indore, this is my first to go Poha place. The taste never changes. Poha +Jalebi is the recognition of Indore. Guru is one of the very best places to try Indori poha and jalebi. Also, try kachori with green chutney, it is delicious.
Poha is basically flat rice made into snacks, pepped with onions, lemon juice, sev and jeeravan. Jalebi is fried in oil/ghee and then dipped in sugar syrup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been 25 odd years atleast in my memory since I've been visiting this place. Not from indore, but whenever I visit, nanihaal, my indore drill is incomplete without a visit here. The best poha jalebi I've had In india(being a foodie saying this). There's a certain natural sweetness of poha made here, which is unfound at other places, which usually use shakkar ka bhura(sugar in powdered form). A must visit.

But they must for a bit longer hours than presently do, as the food here is finished way too early in the day for everyone to try.
Lovely preparations, but they shall work a bit upon hygiene in the surroundings, and the business owner shall work upon treating the customers with a bit of respect.

I was traveling from Bhopal to pune and stopped for only this taste treat in middle of the city.
Shop is a bit hard ro find any first but you can guess it from the bheed outside. Also do have a chai from the next shop.
