I booked them through @urbancompany and got the timeslot. Since i wanted it urgently, the owner asked to cancel the @urban company booking and ask me to pay them directly, so that he can come with their team and do the deep cleaning. They do the proper cleaning, no problem with that.. After the service, i have paid the money Rs.3500 through Gpay, but due to internet issue, the payment was not getting transferred. So i kept trying to transfer the money, finally it got transferred. so they left the home. unfortunately after some time, second time another 3500 rs got transferred. After 2 months only, the owner swapnil chavan accepted that he received twice, but it has been 4 months, he is not ready to pay the money back and not picking up calls, Only in whatsapp he keeps saying, he will pay, but he wants to cheat. So i have already filed a complaint in local police station. Now he will face the legal action
Business should be like worship and customer should be god. cheating the customer is like failing on the business. Why do they do that? what will they gain by cheating???
My intention is not to defame them. I would have given 5 star rating here if they dont try to cheat a customer.
