★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessionalistic approach, not answering calls despite calling several times. When I had joined the mess, I recommended it to my colleagues. A few days ago, I resigned from job, I have a pending amount, but neither he is refunding it nor providing tiffin at my place which is nearby my office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the most unprofessional tiffin delivery service we have seen in Pune.
When we placed an order for a dinner meal, they took about 5 hours to give us an confirmation on the same. Even after confirming the order (in the evening), they stopped responding to messages/calls and kept us waiting. Till 10 pm, we tried to reach out to them to get an update on our order but they wouldn't respond. Our order was never delivered and no update on this was given.
Either this is a fraud service with fake reviews or they are highly unprofessional and impolite. Please be beware of GuruDatta Mess and never trust them with your tiffin delivery requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was expecting better services to covid patient, was told that dinner will be delivered by 8 to 8:30pm but they didn't deliver even by 9:30pm as they were facing delivery issues, hence had to cancel the order. The owner didn't care any less in such testing times.
