★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sri Gurdwara Sahib may be built or established by any one person, family or people or a community or caste but it is utterly wrong to name the same after them. Sri Gurdwara Sahib has always to be named after a GuruSahib, only. So, the Management in consultation with all the Sadh Sangat must name SGS suitably
so that there is no misnomer or disrespect to the otherwise most reverend GuruGhar Sahib. And this practice must be followed by all the
sikh institutions, because our Gurus teachings are emphaticly clear about this aspect. Non adherence to this important tenant of our Gurus will be 'Adharma' and result in sinfulness and the consequences of a serious 'DushKarma'.
Whether we visit a SriGurudwaraSahib or not is not so important. But, what is most important is to have a proper and right regard for the teachings of the Gurus in our hearts and to practise them in our lives so as to accrue the benefits of the Gurus' teachings and ultimately achieve the Moksha/mukti, in this very life.
