★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People’s travelling in metro pollitian bus Limited are not wearing mask properly. Administrator will see the matter properly. They aware the bus driver and conductor also that anyone who not wear mask properly should not board bus for travel anywhere. I hope admin will understand the COVID 19 . So please take strict action to those people who will not wear mask properly.

There is no fixed time table, even there is no traffic.

Takes 5 rupees with no small money but they have coins of 5 rupees but not returned to passengers so please look at this point and tell them talk to passenger with a good manner and support for better service

I got a mobile number who is mention in bus plz contact for smart card when I call him named is Sanjay he shouted me when I ask for shouting reson he abused me .very very bad behaviour.kindly take action and exit this service because he is very very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled Farrukhnagar to Gurgaon and i asked driver to stop the bus on my stand but he refused to stop and talked in very loud way “ bus to bus stand ja k hi rukegi baith jaa aaram se “ that was very bad experience for me and when i forced to stop the bus then he abused me. This is not tolerating.
