★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I am sane which is why I am publicly sharing my opinion. I have been there and to share you the best overview, the pg looks ok at first(the building is nicely build). The caretaker(Nikhil) he just promises you so much which he could never fulfill. Well I am from from Hyderabad and I came here to pursue my study and got here somehow and stayed here for 2 months. However, the service is extremely bad. In 46 degree during may-june the PG does not have electricity nor power backup, no cold water to drink and horrible food to eat. You could count it as one of the worst PG in Gurgaon, NCR. Please boys do not just believe at whatever he throws at you at first. He is very tricky which is why I got her stuck for 2 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied with the PG. The caretaker(Nikhil) asks you to leave the PG whenever he wants. He asks u to leave the room whenever he wants to. If he has new party who gaves more money for same room he forces u to leave. He says"tu Mara kuch na bigad sakhta" I request all the guys(office goers/students) not to get into the trap of his cheese lines before joining there; specially people coming from different parts of our country.

People who are stayin more than a year Caretaker(Nikhil) asked to changed the room Without corncerning the person as he is getting more fee from other. Water facility is poor moreover Food quality is worst and nobody listen to ur complain.. So if u looking tgis pg be preapare to change the room anytime as somebody could pay more than u and be ready to live like an animal what u get eat without complain.. Bhale ki wo khana kutta na kha sakey...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the pg staff is very bad. When something damaged or break in the pg like washroom sheets or tap they will not repair that.
They have wifi too but that doesn’t work. The locality of the pg is very bad. The cook of pg used to smoke while preparing the food. They have washing machine but the funny thing is that doesn’t work hahahah. I personally advise that please do not visit that place.
