WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Booked a Amritsar, Shimla Manali tour.
Pathetic experience.
Driver takes to his own choice of hotels, restaurants, game points where he gets commission, free food etc.
Very Pathetic.
The tour guiding was zero.
They will not cover places in itinerary(Certainly a first time traveller would not know all best spots of the place.)
Will says not good to see those places no, or closed , even we starts our journey in Early mornings like 4am.
Pathetic.
The behaviour of office staff is rude as if they are doing a favour to customer. I had to do their work just to get my travel done.
Highly pathetic.
Dont choose this travels.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Booked a Shimla manali tour.
The driver and the car was dirty. Dust all over. Driver was tobacco/ ghutka chewer and use to spit all along the trip in COVID times.
Pathetic.
The hotels were substandard. Cheap and low quality. Leaking taps and broken toilets.
Pathetic.
The tour guiding was zero.
They only are after making additional money by not providing essential spots in the itinerary.
(Certainly a first time traveller would not know all best spots of the place.)
Pathetic.

His professionalism and interactive behavior made our travel very smooth. I would definitely recommend him for the travel to Manali and Shimala as he have a very good knowledge of pitstops and local shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving only two star because of the cleaniness and service of the Travel agency, otherwise I would have been given zero rating, if possible.
I have booked a trip of six nights- seven days through Make My Trip for two nights each in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. MMT has allowed Guruji Travels to take care of the itinerary.
On the day when I reached ANVT railway station, I have been picked up by a driver namely Gyan. He has provided us a sightseeing at Qutub Minar and Red Fort. There after brought us to a shop of the ITDC, where we bought some sarees. And thereafter, I have been dropped to our hotel.
On the next day, another driver namely Shishpal came in the morning and he provided us a sightseeing at Akshardham, Rajghat (which was closed on that day due to VIP movement), India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhawan from long distance because there was construction work going on. At the Rashtrapati Bhawan, he (driver) was in so hurry and plated the tyre on my leg while sitting in the car and I got injured and even then he was not accepting his guilt and argued that I was sitting in the car very slowly. I have received a call from Guruji Travels (which was the best practice I liked) and they asked me about the experience but I thought it is small mistake and did not made any complaints.
On the next day, we moved to Agra and spent there two days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife we're travelling from down south to North for a period of 8 days for the first time, and wanted to ensure we feel safe and ensure we have a great experience, since we had planned to celebrate our First Wedding anniversary at Manali.
We did happen to meet this gentleman Deepak ( Sunny ), from Guruji Travels at the Delhi airport as soon as we arrived at the airport.
He was a gentleman who escorted us to his Cab, which was well maintained and ver clean.
Sunny, promised us, that he would ensure he makes us feel great and excited throughout the Trip, and i must say he went over and beyond to ensure indeed it was a great experience.
Firstly, his driving skills is just impeccable. Secondly, he told us more about the places we were going to visit, told us the pros and cons and guided us in the right direction.
Most importantly, being from a different state, we were a little worried about the Food we get to eat, but Mr.Sunny ensured, he stopped at the right restaurants where the food was just finger licking good.
I just wanted to pen down my experience, so it would help others who look forward to traveling in future.
I would highly recommend everyone to plan your road travel with Guruji Travels Delhi, and most importantly ask for Mr. Deepak ( Sunny ), to be your driver at your assistance.
