★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience....Owner feels monopolistic in Shagun Chowk area.He charged two different rates for same product..When asked why???...told whosoever feels it beneficial will visit,you dExide if you buy or else I haven't asked to visit my shop....Very rude language...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless owner....he doesn't have sense how to speak with customer. We were waiting to pay bill at counter for 15 mins while he was casually talking on phone. When we requested that we are getting late....he thrown my debit card from counter and said he doesn't want the deal.......this is absolutely ridiculous and insult of a customer.

I had ordered some return gifts in bulk which were delivered gift wrapped to us but we found that boxes within gift pack included Rs 11 price tag. My wife called and complained saying that there is Rs 11 tag on boxes for which we paid Rs 55 and furthermore why did they not remove the price tag. To this he retaliated with anger saying we did not ask to remove the tag and since the products are from china they dont know whats on the box. When we said isn't it common sense to remove price tag (that too 5 times undervalued tag than what he sold us), to that he got into senseless argument. The owner guy on counter does not have proper etiquette. He asked us to remove all packings and offer to do re-packing for extra few bucks. On further argument he disconnected abruptly.
Usually we try not to get into useless chatter for few bucks, but the last moment surprises are uncalled for.
Unless you have no other option and if you want to avoid unwanted arguments, I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

Owner doesn't know how to speak to customers.
His expectation is if you want to buy anything buy it quickly....we have other customers also....we will not allow you to stay for long time in shop to select toy. Today I spent 15 minutes to select one toy and after that I was literally very shocked when he told me to leave the shop...
This was really very bad experience I had till the time...
@gurukrupa toys : please note that loosing one customer will not be a big issue for you....also I will get the toys at various shops in pimpri market other than your shop but ....try to maintain some customer satisfaction in this competitive market....
