★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my Ford Figo for schedule service in the month of February 2020....Instead of doing full service they only washed my car and gave back. We drove hardly 600KM after that ( lockdown started....) Showed to regular car mechanic for persistent AC problem and engine noise. Mechanic showed us that the Engine oil is not changed and less than required. Its means that VEHICLE SERVICING WAS NOT DONE AT ALL.
This review given because how this GuruKrupa Ford cheats to customer. We are currently located in Telangana hence cannot show them immediately in Solapur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is polite but they don't know much about car features. Very disappointed with my 1st service experience of ecosport with them. Few of friends warned me of taking service here as my car belongs to Bangalore registration. But after seeing 4+ reviews, I took chance but totally disappointed.
Please train your staff, they should not ask cross question to customer.
