★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC is the word. Classic example of white collared thieves. They will sell you the property giving all false information and once you pay all your dues, sign the agreement - you get to know their reality. Maintenance charges are super high, which is not truly disclosed to you until possession. Complex is full of stray dogs, very risky for elderly people and kids. Club house has its own rules, convenient to the builder. Their own sales executives are writing good reviews here to create a good (fake) image of Gurukrupa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complex has stray dogs problem and this is not solved by developer which leading to incnveinence to residents it is becoming life threatening to stay here . Residents are unable to enjoy any outdoor facilities ..so be careful while choosing property.
