I dealt with Mohit, who knows the local market very well, and aside from finding us a place to fit our requirements, he also gave us lots of insight into the local area. I did a number of viewings before we found the right place, and each time the agent was on time, and the photos represented the properties well. Overall I was very pleased, and would definitely recommend them to others.

They helped in negotiation as well. We never had to worry about the missing documents as they had separate folder for us and all documents are well kept and ready. They planned the registration so that we don't have to spend more time there. They even followed up with owners till we got the flat in hand as well.
