★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Father purchased a Blue Colour Dog Cage from Gurukrupa Royal Aquarium on 30th (Saturday) October 2021 in the Evening at around 18:45 hrs which was FAULTY and a DAMAGED Cage. When he got home we noticed that the cage was a DAMAGED CAGE. When my father called and informed Mr Ganesh Surange (Salesman) from the shop, he started Arguing that "Aapko Dekhke Lena Chahiye Tha Na" and started Blaming my father (who's a Senior Citizen in Age) for the same. Later Mr Ganesh accepted his mistake and Agreed to Change the Cage (only if it's not used, which we did not use it at all and have Packed and kept Un-used since then) after 2 days by saying "Mae call kar ke batata hu 11:30/12:00 baje tak Monday 1st November ko". After waiting for his call (which he INITIALLY was suppose to, but did not) we called him by 12:50 hrs and he replied "Abhi Maal Nai Hai, Jab Aayega Tab Phone Karunga". So on asking our Money in Refund (as the Cage was kept Folded & Un-used, which is still kept un-used in our house) Mr Ganesh Very BOLDLY Replied "Paise toh REFUND NAI MILEGA" and started Acting as if he could not Hear My Father's Voice E:g "Hello hello, mujhe kuch sunai nai de raha Hello hello zara zor se bolo aur network mae akar baat karo (where our network is proper in our house and surroundings) and then He kept the Phone Busy.
So Now we can't use the Damaged Cage because our Puppies Tongue, Eyes, Nose, Face etc can be Injured from the Faulty Cage, Nor Money is being Refunded.
My Very SINCERE & Humble request to Everyone whosoever is READING/THINKING of Buying Anything from this Particular Shop, "DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE" as after Me there might be someone else from you'all who might be Writing their similar Experience and review in the way as I am doing it right now ??. So please Look before you Leap that my word of Advice.
In the End I would just hope that this Review can Save Lots of People like me who has Earned Hard, but has Lost 1,700/- Rs for Nothing and for No Fault of Ours...????.
Mr Ganesh Does Not Know How to Make a Customer (Senior Citizen like My Father) Happy and How they can be Retained for a Very Long Time??.
FRAUDSTER OF THE HIGHEST GRADE I MUST SAY, till Mr Ganesh sells his shop product to you he will put Lots of Butter to You and Respond. Once he gets your money and sells his product to you, then he will say and act on the phone by saying "Aap kya bol raheh ho, mujhe kuch bhi sunai nai de raha hai, Sirrr. Dukaan par aakar baat karo" (as if it's a Garden to visit all the time leaving your daily Chores and stuffs).
