Adhiktar desk se partition gayab h . 5 minute seat se utho to turant seat koi aur le leta h .very poor .also so much conjusted.when i asked them to fix new partitions they said it will take some time. They are not active on your complaints at all.? Better to join any other library like freinds or vivekanand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally worst library.... The faculty ppl are so rude... N believe me m nt a paid reviewer like u ppl pay or give discounts for positive reviews... N this incident happened in front of me... They were asking a student to give 5 stars n they will give discount of 50/- cheaters... The take security amounts and dont even return the amount while students leave..
They say they will paytm n when u call them again they don't even receive ur calls... The worst ppl i have met over in jia sarai... The rudest faculty... This not the way to manage a business.. If u are taking money u must provide enough service... Ac didnt worked proprly in summers too... I will advice to join any of the library but not this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst library in jiasarai,all 5 star rating are fake,coz they gave 50 rupees discount for the same,they people are care all about is money,they people have no ethics from there side,and when u people go for the admission there they told u a page of list of do's n don't, and also there fine,but they don't follow there own,when i was there i had join the random seat and they told me the no.of that but after that they people start booking the random seat into fix seat just in 200 rupees extra compare to random,and if u go for the complain to the admin they don't do anything,bcoz its all about money.......and don't expect ac,cleanliness,water cooler in working,if it is than u r lucky man,
I suggest the future student try other library in jiasarai ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Library is really dirty, koi saaf safai ni hoti,the staff is way rude.Even they give discount to ppl who give them 5 stars, one incident happened to me here was that after I left they did not returned my discount money.even after calling number of times. They always used to say we will return later .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst library . The receptionist is always on phone and keeps on talking and disturbing also tries to act polite and kind but is rude af. And the owner is way too rude and they don't provide any facilities according to the money they take.. They will not consider if u take leave from the library and keep asking for money. The biometric doesn't work and is not safe. The AC is just for show and never works during summer. I was a regular student in that library from June but these people want money and not students with happy mind and face.. Join any other library but not this unhygienic, dirty, filthy library
