★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got connected with it hrough Quikr for my services few months ago. Sanjay was very persistent in follow up and offered good services hence I confirmed. I chosen a professional accounting and audit firm as they are expert in the domain and promised responsive and help in required support. Once I confirmed on services, my experience is totally changed. There were no responses to emails, calls and whatsapp messages. I had to do multiple follow up emails etc but no avail. Yesterday itself, i messaged and still got no response. I asked them to do a virtual meeting many weeks ago on what has been accounted, what has not been accounted, what other documents or proofs are required but no response.
At the end, they send their invoices in time. Looks to be decent team but to me either i am too small individual customer to ignore or their team is unable to manage customer relationships(that's usually a company culture). I am worried that because of this i do not attract any fines due to delays as they are not proactive and ignore client (atleast me). I regret it now as i see no benefit choosing them and above that they are not responsive and can't be relied upon.
