Staff was ok kinda lazy at responding or seemed bored from their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner or the cashier is alright but the staff is awful. The guy who was frying samosa especially doesn't know how to talk to customers. Either he was under the influence or just plain lazy. I just wanted two hot samosas and he was like "garam nhi kar k dete, aise hi hain, lene hain lo... and then khud hi chutney utha lo udhar padhi hai.." Gone are the days when customers were treated like kings now they're not even treated courteously. Is it too much to ask for a hot samosa served well and that too when it's 12 Rs a samosa? Pathetic service. Don't ruin your mood, I'll suggest find some place else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tasted spongy rasgula from guru sweets. It was not upto the mark it was bit stale and sugar syrup was thick than required and it was too sweet.
And other sweets which were displayed were not looking attractive and service was too slow.
Going there was not a good experience of mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not know how to behave with customers. They behave in very inappropriate way. We requested to make a customized cake. We told them for chocolate flavoured cake. But they gave us some other vanilla flavoured cake of very cheap quality.? Also, we requested some changes on the cake which we showed them on the internet to make but they ignored our instructions. It was totally disappointing experience. We wasted our money and time there. Moreover, when we went back to them to complaint about the cake they behaved with us in very unprofessional manner and impolitely rather than saying sorry. They are just cheap kind of people. We lost trust on them. Also, we wasted our money there because they gave us very low qualitative cake. It spoiled our day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Haryali Chaap i ever had of my life... Other than that Samosa, Jalebi etc are also very good in taste and hygiene.
Expect delays due to excessive crowd for the samosas.
