★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased plot from their. Their service is excellent from booking to rigistration their team helped a lot. Booked the site in June and get registered in January 1st week till that rime their team helped to get loan sanction and rigister the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cheaters and fraudsters. i dont have option to rate them negative. They cheated me with illegal layout papers. i have requested so many times to return back my money.they not even returned single penny. JP behaves like a roadside rogue. he dont even have character. i feel beggars living respectful life then these guys. i hope at least god shows them their destiny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud, Cheat, fake team comprising of Jayprakash and Naveen kumar. I humbly request customers not to buy properties associated with Guruva properties or Jayprakash (Sales) and Naveen Kumar (MD). i have been running pillar to post since November 2017 for 1Lakh rupees i paid as an advance towards a site at 'Alpha RJ Layout' at Harohally- Whitefield. Neither Guruva is associated with that project nor returning my money. Jayprakash is very harsh and unruly person. Initially he talks well, gives you lot of promise. Over a period of time, i have a realized its a scam company. They dont value your emotions, hard earned money. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't ever buy any property from Guruva builders they are cheaters. they will eat hard earn money. initially they will talk to new customer nicely to trap them. but after they get money they stop responding. most of the property they sell is illigal. and dies not have proper documentation. they are mainly setup to fool corporate IT people who don't have much idea about real estate. never choose this builder for purchasing any property
