★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suffering from frequent gastric upset, it continued from my student life period when i first visited Patna in 2009 as student.
Since then i have visited many of the big and good names in Patna and Muzaffarpur, condition improved a little ,but was same as earlier most of times
Then i consulted Dr Gyanendu 4 months ago and after one follow up , i am quite good and well relived. Feeling energetic after a long time.
You thoroughly listened and gave ample time to me, grateful to your treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Gutwell is fine. I approached the hospital with one of my colleagues as his son was suffering from several rectal polyps. Dr Gyanendu performed the polypectomy at a very reasonable cost. He is very cooperative and patient centric. Hygiene and sanitation of hospital is up to mark and staffs are also polite. It was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He prescribes very strong dose of medicines without warning about the side effects. I'm suffering from side effects after taking medicines prescribed by him. Also, he doesn't respect the vegetarians. He forces vegetarians to eat non-vegetarian medicines. When I reported to him that he has prescribed medicines from animal sources he said nothing will happen to your religious beliefs. I don't think he knows sustainable way of medicine. He is good at diagnosis, though, and explains the steps of diagnosis he uses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor doctor with extreme poor diagnosis and pathetic clinic.
Let me first start with the clinic:
1. pathetic w.r.t. covid safety for patients.
2. doctor and his staffs are very much alert on their own covid safety, following covid protocols but the patients who are coming for checkup are left to sit in crowd, in a very very small room with no social distancing, no mask check and no sanitizers available.
2. sitting area is so poor, that few seats are near to the washroom and dustbin.
3. that's how a gastro doc is maintaining sanity and treating his patients.
Now, coming to the doctor and his diagnosis:
1. he might be the first gastro specialist who does not physically check the patients, neither examines the stomach with stethoscope. Infact he has a micro-speaker plugged in and from a distance (actually the patients are made to sit outside his chamber and the doctor far away from his chamber just speaks on his micro-speaker) checks the patients.
2. line of treatment is same for almost all patients with exactly same medicines. prescribed to everyone.
3. Be it a gas problem, pain in stomach, loss of hunger, poor appetite, lose motion or constipation, he has the same advise: meditate, connect to God, it's all because of anxiety and panic attack.
One should just sit and listen to his remarks and observations being drawn to all the patients. They are so very non-sensical and irrelevant. And all the medicines prescribed for all issues are same: a gas tablet, a tablet for constipation-fix and isabgol. only these varieties of meds are available in his inventory.
3. there is a pathetically small and untidy dispensary inside his small waiting room, from where patients are told to buy medicines.
4. I heard a lot of Dr. Gyanendu and took my father for the checkup, as he was badly suffering from stomach issues.
But he left taking the prescribed medicines after 5 days for no improvement and now, after some 2 weeks, with no medicines of Dr. Gyanendu, he is recovering well.
5. If you really want some boring lecture and irrelevant advises of connecting to God and idiotic stuffs, he might be a go-to-person.
Else, please hunt for a genuine gastroenterologist.
