β β β β β On the 1st day of Navratri in 2019 we ordered a samosa n Kachori at Gwalia sweets BopaL for our society function. They r provide a good service, he make it at 10pm as per our time at late night n main thing is that they provide it a very soft n tasty samosa n Kachori so good. Itβs all time rocking For hot n delicious snacks. Must eat once at palak Kachori n pyaz kachori if u like to eat different taste. I must prefer it. Thanks

Ras malai had turned bad and sour.

β β β β β Today I bought a gulab jamun from Gwalia Sweets.
Address- behind Muralidhar Bopal char rasta.
Please find attached all pictures .
When I open the box for eating gulab Jamun inside box one insects ? inside box and these insects pass thoroughly all jambun over box.
How can we eat this ?? I cannot understand the box is proper packing then how to this small insects are going inside and food waste.
Please avoid this Gwalia Sweets of bopal Because this incident arise with me 2nd time .

4. They do not make available even the drinking water.
5. Staff is non responsive.
6. Did not have any complaint/suggestion book.
7. Will never visit them again.
8. Pathetic attitude towards customers.
