★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shipping is done through DHL, which is quite good. But the customer service of Gxpress is very Pathetic. They ask for the payment as soon as they send the invoice, but when a customer asks for some help, they take forever. Really disappointed!

He is very unprofessional and news regarding employee ill treatment can also be heard at Gxpress... Will suggest everyone to never trust them for any sort of work and if anyone wants to get disappointed they can shake their hands with this firm...I thought the other reviews are genuine but all the reviews are fake.

1. I booked in Commercial mode, they sent in courier mode.
2. They clubbed my 8 FBA boxes using tape to make them 4 boxes, due to which Amazon suspended my seller account and charged me 300 usd as penalty. Now I lost 300 usd + Rs 8 lacs stock is lying in FBA unsold + 80k shipping cost + My seller account suspended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ third class service , we wanted to proof OF delivery for our last shipment but they din't gave us and they only send us copy without received sign and stamp, this is worst ever service , because of they we suffer loss of 3000 $ .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not fit for first time exporters. We did a shipment to USA and after all the procedures and payments are completed they are asking us to pay an additional surprise amount of $2000 for customs without proper invoices. This shipment was via sea, I could have easily chosen air freight for this cost. Also for Europe shipment they entered wrong invoice amount in customs and they refused to take any action to correct it.
