First, they don't have books and on asking them, they shout rudely saying if you'll buy it then only I can show you, otherwise go away. Is that a way of talking with a customer? I'll never recommend anyone going here. Buying books online is far better than being insulted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a store which most of us has visited during our school times for books, stationary, or any other stuff which we might have needed that time. You will get almost every book you need irrespective of boards you study in. Even many competitive exam related books are also available. Being located in one of the most strategic location surrounded by numerous coaching institute and study center, this book store witness huge footfall (and you may not get space to stand at times when new session starts).
Pros: 1.Easily accessible, located on road.
2. One can get everything related to school syllabus, competitive exams under one roof.
3. School books, competitive books, management books, novels, etc are segregated really well and you can find them very easily. There is a separate counter for each category of books. Even stationary are also segregated well and it helps you to find what you exactly want and it makes decision making very easy.
Cons: Each product is sold on MRP (and you will get attractive discount if you purchase them online or even from khajanchi road).
2. Extremely rude staff who will make you stand long and attend only when they wish.
3. This book store is mismanaged, poorly kept, and have no values for its customer.
