★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best apartment in Mayur vihar-1 with basement parking.resident of IIT teachers Hauz khas Delhi.It is a very nice place to live in East Delhi.The society is clean,secure and well maintained. Most of the residents are retired professors from IIT and bonding is very good. There are facilities for children to play and a small ,but very active , club.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the apartment for teachers of IIT Delhi. Very neat building with adequate parking and well secured . Very good security arrangements.. Exclusive and guarded parking for visitors outside the premises as shown in the picture. Very nice temple across the road where poojan and Aarti happens on time and various religious functions are celebrated with the people's contribution. Just adjacent to the society is a DDA park measuring approximately 4.5 KM's for morning walk, jogging etc. A small market having the goods of daily need, a mother dairy booth adds to the convenience. In surrounding, Ahlcon international school , metro station, big mid segment market exist. Overall a peaceful and convenient place to live. Highly recommended
