★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve joined classes since last 8 months and I have improved my flexibility and strength since then.
Having sedentary job makes it hard to get / stay in shape. In past I’ve tried doing regular workout / running / yoga but that only improves one aspect of body.
Gyan sir, Animesh sir and Suraj sir have great depth in yoga and are true guru! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Before one month i have joined gyanish yoga class. And it was good experience till now.. specially i am talking about trainers they are very kind and co -operative. I have learnt so many things after joined yoga class.. specially from suraj sir..he always motivate us to do yoga in perfect way.. thank you to Suraj sir and Animesh sir!

It’s challenging, but through the clear instructions and consistency of the trainings I can feel great results.it brings a very positive energy . I love it! Thank you my teachers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Gyanish yoga is best yoga center Ahmedabad. All the staff is very cooperative and energetic and skillfully.I have joined before Month and I have changed in my body flexible and energetic. Even I sleep at night 3 o clock then I get up early and ready for yoga at 7 o clock.

All the trainers @ Gyanish yoga are very well trained and very supportive. Yoga with different prop is also very nice experience. Thanks to the team for the best yoga experience I ever had.

I did a month and it was an amazing experience, due to my health problem I can't attend the remaining classes, But all the staff are friendly & Kind. It is one of the best yoga classes in Ahmedabad. I really Appreciate it their good cooperation Coordination.

Gyanish Sir has immense knowledge about yoga and human body. He relates and gains experience with the help of Science of the body and explains all answers with logic. If you give your 100% to your practice he will give his 200% to make sure you reach your goal. One of the best yoga centres in Ahmedabad.
