★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is great. The hair is soft, no tangles, and no shedding after the initial cut( I cut my wefts). The hair doesn't have alot of short hairs, the bundles are full throughout, and no odor. The hair is affordable considering it's raw hair.
