Even after paymemt it looked like I owe the store something.

So I would like to give feedback for Mr Nishant ,A young gentleman don’t know how to talk with customer especially a lady ; he thought that he owe H&M and he was so rude to me that I so wished I could bang on his bloody face the way he talked to me ,he humiliated me in front of other customers . He is into customer service he should know how to deal with customer ,he cannot blame customer for no reason .
firstly none of them bother about customers they were indulge with chit chatting or settling the clothes.Moreover, noone of them were present at trial room , I have waited so long to try my clothes because there were no staff at trial zone .there were customers in the trial every try room who were keep coming out to change their sizes n all and again went inside the trial room due to which I and other customers had waited for so long .
kindly teach them some customer service elements and be kind towards the customers
