★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Casio wall clock from this shop. The clock went well for 3+ years. Then the clock was not working properly. I took it to the shop for repairing. After submitting & resubmitting it 5 times they were not able to fix this. They don't know what the problem is. Only solution they have is to replace the machine itself. I don't believe Casio clock can stop in just 3 years. I doubt whether they sell original / authorized Casio clocks. I will never visit this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me this watch of brand jean frend at a really low cost as they were clearing their stock but when I came back to home I saw that it doesn't has any seconds arm. I was shocked and I'm still so depressed I don't know whether is it defected or it is made in this way. I'm really confused

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All was fine and good, you can say it's like a genuine customer but now no more due to there rude behaviour... According to them if you purchase the goods from then it's okay they will offer their service.. Today when I went for the repairing first they instructed me where to go secondly they didn't allowed me to park my two wheeler for 10-15 minutes although the stand was empty... And the gatekeeper or whoever was he behaved rudely etc.. due to which I made them a statement that in future no more shopping atleast from your shop(H.M Watch Co.)...... I don't know what happened but before they weren't like this.
