★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are okayish ( not the best) but the worst part is their behaviour. Everyone in the shop acts like a megalomaniac and have no respect for their customers. Sells defective item and then refuse exchanging it if you don't settle in for buying the costliest product they have. They won't do quality checks in front of you , they just handover the item to you and tell you to check it on your own. Pathetic customer service for a shop of it's stature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed. The aneroid sphygmomanometers me and my friend bought yesterday started showing faulty readings hours after we bought them. The needle moved to negative even when the sphymo was not in use.. clearly needed recalibration. When we approached the staff today, they refused to even take a look stating that the product had no warranty.
They took one faulty machine after half an hour of pursuation, and asked to comeback after a day.
For perspective, the other machine was recalibrated for free in a college street shop free of cost in less than 30 seconds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once a legend in medical field now due to very poor behaviour of the staff ,no one will visit 2nd time, rs 700 -800 BP machine is sold here in the price of 1800 and no service given later....Old doctor's visit that Shop as once famous now not worth buying from here...
Now so many alternatives are available and their prices also high.
Though I used H.Mukherje stethoscope for 7 years but now I am not recommend it to others, atleast buy from another source.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product quality poor. Sold at higher prices. Service is equally poor. They will not calibrate a sphygmomanometer worth 1K bought a day before just because it has no warranty. (Done for free at any other medical equipment store)
