★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's almost been a month after I gave my sangat tabla nd tanpura machine for repairing and still didn't receive any updates about the same. I tried to call everytime for the updates, but not a single call came from their side which I was expecting. So, overall not really a great service experience. I hope they improve themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an exclusive experience. Just Ok. I bought a New ? and a Mouth Organ. They did not provide a receipt for any of the items though they promised to send it on What's app. But it hasn't. Only GPay and Cash option. They don't have a swipe machine. Who was the owner while I shopped no idea. A very old styled Music shop which has the basic ones what you need. Not all varieties they have.
