★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean place, very courteous staff. Very affordable. You get what you pay for. Do not expect something extraordinary here. I would recommend this for good affordable haircut and grooming. They have maintained the place well during the Covid pandemic by sanitizing the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opted for threading and pedi. Her threading left cutting marks on my face. Also for pedicure minor part of foot skin was bruised. Please ensure proper training is given to beauticians when it is supposed to be a good brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for feather and layer cut and even showed them a photo of my desired haircut. However they chopped off my waist length hair to neck length. And layers? Barely visible. I was shocked when the barber started to hastily chop my hair from the shoulder level. And then in the name of layers he further shortened it to neck length. The end result was nothing like I had told or showed him. I was so angry and heartbroken that I paid and just left. Durga pujo look for that year was completely ruined. That was the worst haircut of my life and I'm never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! This was the first time I went there and this is the last time too. Only because there are so less options that is why people are compelled to come here, otherwise had there been more options I doubt how many customers they could get in a day. The front desk has an arrogant attitude. There was only one customer when I went, still I had to wait for half an hour to get a service. I went there for hair cutting, told that right after I went inside. The lady in the front desk told me to wait, then I was sitting and waiting, the staffs were chatting and taking glances at me but nobody really bothered to buck up. Then after half an hour when again I approached the lady a man with a laid back attitude came and asked me to go and sit on the chair. Then another boy came and started cutting my hair as if he is doing some kind of charity. Then half way he left and handed over the rest of the cutting to another boy!! How ridiculously uprofessional service is this? I will never go back again!
