★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Sir, My name is Tamal Chowdhury, my emplyee id is HS25834. I have been working in this company since December 9, 2021. I haven't received my last January'2022 salary yet. During the interview I was told that after cut off PF ESI in hand I will be paid 16 thousand rupees And it was also mentioned in the appointment letter but in the appointment letter on January 1, 2022, this amount changed to 12000 something. Does it fit to your company policy? Is it right?
Anyway, I could not continue this job due to some personal problems and family problems and that was reported to my hub in-charge also.
Further I don't want to work with your company/vendor anymore so please clear the full and final payment of the number of days I was present in the office in last January 2022. For the last three days I have tried many times to talk to your HR Sanjay Roy about this matter but he did not respond to my question. Requesting you to kindly look at this matter and solve it asap otherwise I have to take a legal step above your company and HR department.
