★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice collection of pet stuff. Helpful staff and owners. Pet experienced owners. Ask for advise in how to take care of your pet, they are most helpful. Just watch your wallet, sometimes they may end up recommending premium stuff when you can do with cheaper alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So had heard a lot about this place.When I went to this place nor the staff nor the owners were bothered to ask as to what I wanted or what I was looking for.
They were busy with their own things.
Post that when I ordered food,they said they would deliver the same since they were out of stock on that particular one.
They agreed to a particular discount over the call and when the delivery guy came they changed the discount to a lower rate and the owner said if you wish to take,take at this rate else dont.
Like what kind of service is this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't even deserve one star. Pets aren't allowed in the store . The staff is very rude. Never ever going here . Defending your rude staff ? The staff at your shop literally said we don't allow dogs and please take him away. Are you seriously running a pet shop and being so disrespectful to pet parents ? And then replying about no being disrespectful . Nobody visit this store they're so full of themselves. Your shop sucks .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales staff too distracted on their phones. If you need to purchase a product it's better to be knowledgeable. 3 staff working at the location did not come to me even once to find out if I needed anything. Phone videos zindabad kept them busy as owner was out on his personal phone calls.
For purchase of dog food this place looks good. They seem to carry major Brand's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best store for animal lovers particularly dogs and cats. Almost all types of food available for dogs/cats. Wide variety of toys also available here. People are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will advise you properly if you seek any help. This store is well maintained.
I have bought large quantity of A-Pro and Pedigree food for street dogs/cats from this store.

They have a lot of premium products as well and it's absolutely amazing to have a shop like this in your area. The price is quite good and comparable with online prices besides I found some amazing branded products that were not even available online.
