★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi! Your you have the absolute worst customer care service ever. I am trying to get a spare part for my hob since e past 2 months. I have made visits to you Bhandup store.iv been in touch with reshma. Who have given me me nafis number for spare parts. This person never picks up. Ms reshma scheduled a technicians visit at our home at he ime of this pandemic.....without any reason.... Just to confirm the spare parts which I had not only carried to your Bhandup center and also confirmed on thr phone.
You have a horrible horrible team. Despite being such an expensive product. Your team has made zero efforts in getting me a simple spare part.
Let alone that .. yoy have not been able to even generate a service request or share the number so that I can follow up wih your customers care team.
They keep passing the buck to each other and adding more people to the so very complex problem of purchasing spare parts.
Extremely disappointed !

The team is apt in explaining the products, with parking available.
They are very well equipped with precautions for covid.. hand gloves, temp check, shoe cover, sanitizer all well done

Staff is great, allowed my 10month old daughter to sleep on a Murphy bed with one member to watch over in case she rolls over or wakes up while we check out the products. They have lot of designs to offer with sample kitchen, wardrobe and bath fittings. However, a few of them were either not working on not in proper condition to be used. Hence, we could not experience those properly. Better go with designer so that you are not overwhelmed by what you see and can understand what suits your need the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good display but Government Office like strict timings 10 am to 5 pm. So, not possible to visit on working days unless one takes a day off. Not operational on Sundays when working population has time to spare for the visit.
