★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must post! The HÄFELE DESIGN STUDIO (WORLI) has an awesome modular fittings and fixture display in stock for people. I visited the showroom as i needed a soft closing mechanism for my wardrobe and they suggested the apt one for my requirement i look forward to do complete modular solution for my residance soon! People willing to design modular furniture for any purpose whether its for commercial or residential can check out and get exclusive fittings which would give you an amazing experience for your user friendly usage. Im really happy to have visited this showroom, thankyou Ms. Meetta and Mr. Kumble to give a overview of all modular furnitures in detail.

but poor after sales service and no response to calls made, had problems whilst installations and also had problems last year after sales service
as white powder falling from wood which no one attended then now with the Legrabox Drawer not closing which too no one picked up the calls on the mobile and no landline given by them too, finally had to call the Call Center Hafele who were prompt in service for their product.

The staff is good and take good interest in helping make a good decision, good product knowledge,The showroom displays lots of hafele products, they have lot of designs to offer with sample kitchen and wardrobe with very nice Concept Design and High Quality Material.
The best possible place for design solutions for your home. The centre itself is wonderfully designed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good product range however the quality of service is pathetic that’s why such good brands don’t work well in India.. we pay the full amount in advance before dispatch and later to know each time there is a wrong / missing box and again it takes minimum of 10 days to get delivered from their factory in Nashik… don’t ask about the communication gap it’s almost like a nightmare dealing with such people not at all professional they make u feel as if they are doing you a favour. I would never recommend them for the service although the brand is good and has a wide product range to offer
It’s more than a month now and my work is still not complete which according to them installation takes only 2 days it more than a month as wrong item and missing boxes causing the delay
