★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given an order for door handles a week ago which were promised to arrive the next day . They falsely promise to call you once your product arrives but they never do call. The product never arrived even after a week had passed . Finally I had to cancel the supposed order , haggle for the refund of the advance I'd given and search for another shop which all delayed the on going work at my place. Unprofessional chaps.

The door channels, sliding cupboards and electronic appliances had stopped working in an year. They make fool out of customers expectations and feels cheated when it comes to service. Products are very expensive and the service charges are too high.
