★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had voiced a complaint regarding my fridge yesterday
but nobody came from your customer service Kanpur.Very bad Service. disheartened customer. they had come on Monday saying that they will replace the compressor in three to four days. an engineer with less knowledge about the refrigerator came and repaired the fridge last time compressor got damaged
now compressor is again damaged. it is 5days now. i had given a good review last time on their request but i rate it a zero. i wont buy your fridge again.the guy who came told the current voltage in my room is high so they need to fix a stabiliser...i didnt use a stabiliser for 2 and half yrs...now they are telling fit a stabiliser. i dont know how you hire your engineers. i paid 1800for warranty service for one year now. disappointed,heartbroken and angry customer
