★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was getting a manicure, a customer started getting a chemical hair treatment
simultaneously.
As a result, me and the entire salon staff had red burning eyes, and a toxic odour filled the small room so strongly that you couldn’t even breathe normally.
Most of the staff and I were given protective eye glasses and face mask like those used by doctors. It was just ridiculous, you felt like you were in a factory not a beauty salon.
The main door of the salon was left open intentionally so that you could hear the loud sounds of the traffic on pedder road.
The chemical smell emanating was so strong that even the manager had to leave the premises and go out.
I left as soon as I could with a terrible headache because of what I had inhaled.
Really makes you wonder what chemicals they are using and if they are even safe as I have never once in my life experienced this in any salon anywhere
Overall, hardly the experience you would like to have when you visit a salon.
Feel terrible for the nice staff that works there everyday, inhaling such poisonous fumes.

Absolutely loved the service. Ahsan is an amazing stylist with an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and totally enjoyed the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from Mr. Saurabh Misalkar and stylist Mr.Ehsaan @ Hair and Nail Addict, Mahalaxmi. Had my Cysteine treatment for the very first time and it was simply amazing.
I have never coloured, treated or done anything to my hair..in fact blow drying and straightening is also very often, this treatment worked wonders for me.
Loved the services provided and very courteous staff.
Great customer service, Made me feel extremely comfortable.
I strongly recommend it to all the ladies out there✌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly come here for my nails and hair. Shan does my nails and it's always a good job. Ahsan does my keratin and all my hair cuts and I've always had a great experience. The service is very hospitable and Gabriel the manager is very accommodating. The staff is very well trained and thoughtful. Swapnali always brings me coffee with a smile! Its a good place to de-stress with a head/foot massage as well. Strongly recommend this place.

As the name suggests Hair and Nail Addict I am truly addicted to all the services related to Nails as each time it gives my fingers a beautiful look and it was amazing to get a beautiful haircut done too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly and skilled. I got nail extension with gel polish along with hair cut and hair setting. The service was prompt and well executed. I needed an additional make up removal. It is a service they generally do not provide but just to help me out they provided the service. I would highly recommend the place.
