It was my first visit to them after hearing some positive feedbacks about Hair Lounge, Paschim Vihar and it's owner Manish who has some very good customer handling skills. I liked the overall service they offered at a cost that matches with the quality of what they do.
Special thanks to Manish who was kind enough to share some good tips as per the ask. I certainly recommend them as I personally have become a customer of them now.

The owner had Habib's franchise earlier and have been visiting since then.
Had stopped going in between because of rude staff (and they look at each other to mock you) and then thought of visiting again after 1 year but after 2 -3 visits, I found that the same issue persists.
They neither work properly esp. hair cut (you wouldn't be satisfied with the hair cut and they would let the hair spread all over your shoulder, arms, neck etc. ) nor do they care about being attentive to what their customers ask for. They keep on commenting "I was saying get it done like this but due to you only now ur hairstyle got bad" and when you ask them to do another service (add-on) then they have to attend to the other customers. When u can't satisfy a particular customer then don't focus on others as satisfied customers are the real customers other new customers can come everyday but they won't stay and spread a bad word outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 yr back this salon had good professionals,but after lockdown this salon just running RAMBHAROSE and people getting fooled by their rating which they earned earlier. PATHETIC "GLOBAL" "HEIGHLIGHT" And haircuts with other servises suffered badly . they dont hv any knowledge about bleech ,result in bad looking hair therefore they destroyed the theme which resulted in poor color and the global and highlight was done absolute unprofessionally .
So kind advise to the existing customers to avoid serious disappointments .,not to Visit this salon again, and advised to find better salon nearby....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pocket friendly salon . Actually, Family salon for my family. Our services went smooth for our daughters wedding. The owner is extremely humble . The staff is very polite and courteous. We got done pre bridal, makeups, blow dry and haircuts. Thank you Hair Lounge for some amazing services.

The staff is really professional, polite and helpful. The services were completed well in time, and they take utmost care of hygiene. They made sure everyone wears mask. The services were exemplary. I took pedicure, hair color and facial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have professionals at all they took 6 hrs of global amd highlight after saying so many times tjat it too much please reduce my color they does not understund. Result is on image they uswd too much bleach i came to knew by their conversion . One more thing other day i went again they minimize it but after shamboo again pathetic color comes back. Ghwy are busy to selk high pruce pedi cure or many things they do not waste time in small things .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I've been going to this place for some time and they have no regard for customers. Cut my hair so short. Even after repeatedly telling the barber to not. Don't go to this place at all. They're just trying to make money out of your hair. Cut away all my healthy hair and left no volume whatsoever. Never going there again.
