★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience ever at a Hair Salon. I received keratin treatment, and after just a few days of receiving the treatment my hair are back to where they were originally. They charged ridiculous amount of money and I haven't received the treatment I deserved. They even called me for first hair-wash only after 20 hours of treatment which generally requires 72 hours to be treated properly. It seemed like the staff doesn't know what they are doing. They are a big Scam. Never going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so happy with their services as i have expected good quality result from them. I spent 16k on kerabond treatment from this salon but after wash i was surprised to see my hair in damaged condition. Also they sold me hair serum which is about to expire in 6 month worth Rs 2500 and when I asked them to replaced the product with some more fresh manufacturing date so it can be used full before expiry they refused to change as they dont have any fresh stock of that product and didn't agree to refund my money and forced me to keep that old about to expire hair serum. Never expected such cheap services from so called luxury brand salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair Masters in Sector 9 for me is synonymous with their master hair stylist Sam . I have been coming here only for hair cuts by him. He understands hair so well. He is a thorough gentleman who politely suggests cuts based on the personality and texture of the hair.
Service overall is great and other staff are polite and professional.
Very clean and hygienic place. Specially in these trying times all the protocols are maintained
The only complain that I have with this place is loud music , wish it was low and soothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have lost all the etiquette towards their regular customers who actually pays them.
I got my hair cut done with them. Total timings was just 5-8 mins and it's done. Anyway, I want to highlight main thing, after my hair cut I was sitting there with my laptop and waiting for my friend's hair cut to be done and I have been asked to leave the premises in very #ill-mannered way since some Punjabi celeb want privacy. I mean why don't you then attend celebs only for your business?
If you expect us to pay for your services then respect should be serve. Also, teach your team some etiquette. Now, I will make sure none of my family member visit this place again. Thank you for your pathetic service.

Especially the staff is so soft spoken. My favourite staff member is Sahil Ali. He’s absolutely talented and one of the greatest hair artist.He knows how to handle every type of hair..

There are ample staff members, most of which are above average, especially if you compare the service received for the amount you've payed here. Considering the fact that there are several other salon options in nearby blocks, this one may be considered if you're looking for experimenting with your regular services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone for smoothening few days ago, firstly I finalized my treatment with hair stylist Sam for 8k and as time went he asked me again and again for getting keratin treatment too for 3k more. Only after starting the treatment he said that smoothening will give only 80% result, if he was so sure then he should tell this when I finalized but they will never say these things because they don't want to lose customers, but after starting treatment they will continuously make you double minded by saying such. So i fell in their trap and got keratin treatment too. And at the end also I was not so satisfied as I shown him some curls in my hairs then he said that we cannot give perfect results. Then what is the point of straightening. These are my hairs after 10 days of treatment. They have damaged even after spending total 11k. Bigger the salon lesser the values. Money minded and sugar coated people, no care for customers.
