★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this so called Hair Office Salon today. The worst salon I've ever been to. The staff was unprofessional.
Asked for one of the tenure barber from one of my friends recommendation. Found that one of the tenure guy applying color to the other tenure one in front of us and didn't even pay attention when I've asked for that person to cut my hair.
One more thing which I noticed is hygiene. These guys are pathetic in terms of hygiene. All the used scissors, trimmer, clips etc., kept in the same old dirty box in front of the mirror.
The untenure guy who was cutting my hair didn't even use sanitizer to sanitize the razors. Cleaning the dirty left hairs with his bare hands. No sanitization available.
The scissors were blunt and he tried all 4-5 scissors to check if any one will work and then he went to other table to get a sharp scissor.
The staff was so unprofessional and untrained, when I asked him to cut the hair in partitions then he was asking me how to do it.
I'm feeling itchiness and small red bumps on my sideburns and on my neck where he used the razors. He didn't even use the shaving gel to sharpen my sideburns and beard.
The staff were so illiterate and ill-mannered that they were doing adult talking and sharing non veg jokes loudly with some of their regular clients in front of everyone.
Very pathetic service and just taking money for decoration and lights.
Never go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t even give one star , I have never seen such unethical people. They are so unprofessional and they man handle you. I have had a multiple experiences now and I used to ignore them all but today they reached their limits , the services are okay but the lady staff is pathetic. Please dont get yourself humiliated here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hair cut was goood but the man performing my haircut were kept on called by the lady that someone is waiting for them and he was going leaving me in between and due to hurry he made lil bruises on my face by threading too fast.....the salon was very unprofessional. Charged me 450

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best salon, I would recommend to go, provided with ultimate services, specially the owner Imran sir, is very nice and gives you the exactly what you want. I got my hair coloured from him and i can undoubtedly say, he gave me the best hair color, exactly what i wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst ever experience. Been days 3-4 times and felt cheated everytime. They call themselves hair experts but they have the most pathetic team.
Issues: Got rebonding done and within a month my hair started to curl. Due to lockdown wasn't able to visit salon, I spoke to Mr. Gaurav he said my issues will be fixed once the situation will be normal. However, this thing took almost 6 months so there was no point of going to get the damage fixed. But i decided to take a spa for hair fall control, and the same guy Gaurav advised me to take 1500₹ worth spa that was of no use. Trust me when I say this it was of no use.
This time I went for a haircut, everything was going good, suddenly a client came in hurry with her 2 girl children, she wanted to get the hairstyling done and the guy who was giving me the haircut, left my haircut in between and went to do her hairstyle, he came back and told me your haircut is done. I asked but what about blow dryer and is this the hairstyle you give. It's just the trimming where is the cut he said it's done if you want to a new look and straight hair go for rebonding or hair straightening. So in a nutshell this salon is waste of money and most importantly if you want to ruin your hair then only visit them.
1 ? because I don't have the option to rate below that.
