★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filled with super chaotic, clueless people just roaming around in the salon. One of the worst customer service. I had multiple people working on my hair, as half didn't know how to use a straightener and others had to leave by 4 pm. Never setting foot again here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever i hv seen in my life .. m a old client of hair palace pitampura branch since 3 years i was going to sakshi di ..one mnth ago she left the salon and my amount of 3000 + hair spa + facial + mani pedi was pending.. amount 3000 was clearly written in receipt that you can take any service its clearly written is simple language English not urdu or some other language… Once i visit there to mrs . Rashmi she clearly told me mam nails me adjust nhi hoga and yeh voucher Sakshi ka h ( what she mean sakshi ka h i was old costumer of hair palace not of sakshi ) then i asked her a number of complaint branch then she said ya ok will do nails .. I regularly visit for nails there I usually give 800 for nails extensions nd it was in voucher na of 3000 she cutted 1300 of that nails still I agreed with her bcz i was stuck and anyhow I wanted to adjust my amount .. nd she is behaving like m taking free service from her .. after providing 1300 for nails they have done worst nails product is not properly applied nd honestly its the first time with me … nails are getting removed in 2 days of extensions uneven nails . After that my hair spa and facial was still pending.. they have given service like koi free m krwa rha ho .. Jab bat amount deposit ki ati h toh abhi krwado abhi tak ka offer h bss .. and jb bat complain ki h toh no one can listen .. my 800 amount + mani pedi is still pending.. I request to refund my 800 + nails extensions amount nd keep your mani pedi i dont want to take that … When i was there many clients are making issues there bcz of services bt they are ignoring all of them .. its a highly request to Mr. Dinesh Arora to look into a issue as she is not replying now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a worst experience with hair palace pitampura , I had been associated with hair palace rajori garden ,then Patel nagar from past 4 years ,but tried pitampura for the first time and the staff including manager is so unprofessional, no hair stylist is well trained , false commitment
on appointment. Overall a very unpleasant experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst salon I've ever been to. No proper hygienic area for facial and body services. For bridal makeup and hairdo, the artists did not seem experienced at all. Hair stylist did not know any hairstyle. The bridal bun became loose in the beginning of wedding function. The make-up team did not know how to set a duppatta. Not at all professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. They cant get a colour right. Not once but twice. I had to get pre lighting done twice in few days. My hair are lot damaged than they should be.. still my friends i did not get the colour. I wanted red and purple. If you see in the attached image i have got another colour for free which is green. It looks disgusting and cheap. Even for my mom she wanted a basic natural brown global hair colour which can be done at home but these people just could not get that right too. For an hour of work they will take 5 hours. Total waste of money and time. More than that hair get lot damaged as the products they use are not worth spending. Guys dont look for cheap prices search quality. Do not repeat the same mistake that i did. I would never suggest hair palace for any hair service. And i am giving this review after giving hair palace team two chances of correcting my colour. You can understand my frustration.
