β β β β β Fantastic service and friendly too the children were happy and had entertainment usually i go with them they end up causing a scene but they gave them treats and kept them involved so it's mesmerizing for either age group

β β β β β Well first, you are telling and claiming that you were not in the salon during her visit right? How can you say that her accusations are fake? Just because your staff is telling stories from their side? Or the CCTV footage which is not showing everything as it should.
Second, she commented on this page just because there was no response from your end "personally" through mail or call, at that point what someone could possibly do?
And whatever happens, you have no right to call someone in such degrading fashion using words like "Cheap stunt artist" that's not how you should acknowledge it.
Third, and if social media is one dimensional than go beyond that, talk to your customer directly instead of giving justification to me. Tell me honestly after all this did you tried to reach out to her even now?

β β β β β i have no idea how the owner is never there. How are we supposed to compalian. No female staff in the salon and the men there are sick. Touching inappropriately while doing facial. I never knew facial includes stomach rub and chest rub. The person kept on touching me ans that made me very uncomfortable. HATE THIS. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE A FEMALE. YOU HAVE BETTER OPTIONS. DO NOT GO THERE. I HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS AND RESPONDS.
