My experience was good and satisfactory. Dr. chintan Bhavsar sir made the whole procedure very easy for us, starting from knowing the procedure, during surgery present of doctor and even the after procedure follow up. I want to inform that it does pain a little, not a lot , But I think it is worth the pain ! So, I would surely recommend getting hair Transplantation done, if you need. It is my immense pleasure to write a review for this amazing clinic. To introduce myself, I am Manohar, basically from southern part of India, however, currently living in Singapore since last past decade. During my education time and early career development stage I lived various parts of India and overseas. Due to that reason, I progressively losing my hair significantly, almost reached 5-6 stage of baldness. Then, I started researching best way to find some hair treatments ( eg. Herbal treatment etc.) to regain my hair. But non of them worked out. After that, I started research over the internet to find out a best hair transplantation clinic with best surgeons. I did thorough research over the internet in various countries (eg. Turkey, Sweden, Australia, Singapore etc.). I did found some good clinics in Turkey, however the price per graft is too expensive and can’t afford with my current baldness stage which required more than 4500 grafts. Then, I started research to find good clinics in India. But, realized most of the clinics run by the technicians rather than doctors. Few good clinics were found in Mumbai but with relatively less experienced surgeons with no realibility in grafts counting. Finally, I found Hairfree & Hairgrow clinic, I was amazed by seeing the results with relatively cheaper price per graft in all over its branches in India. I saw many videos of Hairfree & Hairgrow clinic and impressed with Surat branch due to their doctors. They are very well sound knowledge in hair transplantation surgery (designing, slit making, extraction, implantation, post surgery precautions etc.). Then, I contacted the clinic and consulted with Dr. Jinkal Kunjadiya through online. I am impressed with his knowledge, skills and explanation. I decided to undergo my surgery at Hairfree & Hairgrow clinic, Surat branch. On the day of surgery, Dr. Pankaj explained regarding the surgery process very clearly and genuinely. I underwent my surgery (B.I.G FUE technique) and exponentially happy the way they performed the surgery. Dr. Jinkal and Dr. Pankaj performed my surgery along with the supporting technicians. Most importantly, the doctors involved most of the surgery part (hair line designing, slit making, extractions, graft counting etc.) only implantation performed by the skilled technicians. I am expecting very good results within 9-12 months. Furthermore, the ambience of the clinic is very good and hygienic. The doctors are very sound in knowledge, they are very patient and polite which is very important for the patients to clarify their queries. The supporting staff (eg. receptionist, technicians etc.) are very friendly, patient and polite to talk. 1.The overall process is very clear and comfortable. Doctor/staff explained each and every step to make the process transparent. Staff/technicians were friendly and never felt strange.
