★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all happy and satisfied. Worst ever keratin and smoothening experience. I hv got it done in October n with in a month my hair started looking rough like it's been 6 months now. N after telling thm my issue I went thr coz they wanted to check. But to my surprise the owner n the person who did this said to me ma'am ye aise hi hota hai u need to apply serum to set thm. My question is if only serum is going to set my hair thrs not need for this chemical treatment. It feels very bad after spending so much of money with no results n most of it they do not have any solution to this n thr also not sorry for what they did. Not recommended at all from me.

They do not have enough staff for hairdos....only one boy n if he is not available the look is in the soup. Worst place ever they do not cooperate with client. I do not recomend it for anyone who has 2-3 funtions together

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service I must say. They charged me 8000 for keratin n colouring and promised the results atleast for another 3months which was absolutely not true. It got destroyed in 10days. Don't rely on them at all. They just know how to cheat on results.

Tarun sir guides me for hair products very carefully. Hairlocks using best product n genuine . Thanku for giving best service for hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The high level of customer service as well as colouring of my hair were both excellent in salon. Junior and senior members of staff worked seamlessly together to provide the best hair advise and solutions. The salon is also very nice and I enjoved my coffee while there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my first visit i have done my global hair color i was pretty sure what i wanted but i had an extra add on of Tarun awesome idea about hair color and the result came out to be excellent.. it was a lovely experience !! Had totally transformed my look
On the second visit i had hair spa and hair cut.. the stylist shine had done a superb work which I actually wanted with a touch of his own idea..really LOVED it..
Value for time and money.. always came out with a happy face
