β β β β β Totally disappointed by cheating from the restaurant Haji Ali. They sent stale/rotten chicken biryani. It had a foul smell and tasted sour. Looks like a day old chicken mixed with rice and hence entire biryani was soiled.
Please find photos attached. We threw the rice away but captured the photos for your reference here.
Also, contacted Haji Ali, but seems like they have no shame left!
Will never ever again order from then and perhaps Swiggy as well!
Pathetic, utterly disgusting and disappointed!!

β β β β β This place has many branches in kolkata. All serving the delicious Kathi rolls that are the signature dish of this place. Wide range of Kolkata delicacies ensure this place has a good business. Ordered veg biryani, veg fried rice, paneer Manchurian, chilli chicken and later, double egg chicken and paneer roll from this place. Not disappointed at all. Quantity is sufficient to last three times for an individual. Overall, a good place to eat.

β β β β β Was good and simple, now seems a bit down.
The Biriyani was testy but barely warm, now who doesn't love pipeing hot chicken Biriyani. The tandoori chicken masala was simple delicious.
I was a bit worried about the 'rotten meat' issue, but I guess I am greedy ?, but to me the food never felt or tested bad. Also the staff seems to be a little disinterested or I would say unhappy. Probably the very next day is 'Eid al-Fitr' and they are stuck in work. It felt bad...
All in all I would rate it 2 star in 5 star, where 5 is the highest.

β β β β β Average food. Price is slightly high because of Saltlake Technopolis area. Small area, can hold 26 to 30 individuals at a time. If that so then it would be very crowded. It's good to have a quick bite ?.
