★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People living in Haldia hardly know what HDA does. They have a great monumental like an office but their work on improving Haldia can't be seen outside that office compound. A few years back we had an impression about Haldia will be competing for Smart City. Impossible with this kind of responsibilities. Pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The head Office of Haldia Development Authority which is bringing development in Haldia and in various areas of Purba Medinipur. The hounerable chairman of HDA an IAS officer also sits here. The entrance is a common access for both HDA and Haldia Court. The beautification done of the building area is marvellous with lush gardens and night lightings.
